Program Coordinator

Job Description:
The Program Coordinator oversees daily operations of assigned services, supervises staff, ensures quality care, and supports compliance with policies and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train direct support staff
- Manage schedules and staff performance
- Oversee client care plans and ensure implementation
- Conduct site visits and audits for quality control
- Collaborate with families, staff, and community partners
Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in related field (or equivalent experience)
- At least 2 years of experience in the IDD field
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Proficient in documentation and reporting systems
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
