House Manager
Job Description:
The House Manager is responsible for providing direct care and supervision to individuals supported, ensuring their rights are upheld and services align with ISPs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on care, training, and support in daily living, recreation, and skill-building.
- Supervise staff (DSPs) to ensure ISP compliance and quality care.
- Advocate for individuals’ rights and maintain a safe, respectful environment.
- Document progress and communicate needs to leadership.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma (degree in Social Work/Psychology preferred).
- 2–3 years’ experience in caregiving/disability services (supervisory role a plus).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- ISP and regulatory knowledge.
